It suggests we should some day do it maybe...20 or 30 years from now. Anyway going to Mars with equipment built for the Moon and not optimized for Mars is bad and dangerous. It is as I feared a LEO/Moon centered "plan" with the Moon as a gas station! CEV is Apollo revisited with the same results!
