Lawyers can't be experts at NASA PROCUREMENT issues?

1) Lawyers can't be experts at NASA PROCUREMENT issues?

2) Have you ever accepted my challenge to produce one shred of convincing evidence that I'm in favor of eliminating public funding for high tech R&D that private industry needs but wouldn't otherwise do? You nevertheless keep asserting that I am.

3) Do you somehow consider competitive prize offerings for desired scientific breakthroughs NOT to be public funding?

4) Is your repeated yet ungrounded accusation that I'm against even efficient public funding not suggestive that perhaps you want a rational excuse to justify something that's less rationally explainable on your part...namely that you simply don't like me?

5) It's o.k. I don't like societal parasites either. That doesn't mean you are one. It's just an observation. I may not agree with the screed you spew forth at me at times, but I'm glad we live in a country in which you can spew it.
