Big Island

We only spent one night on the big island, at a wonderful resort near the Kilauea Park whose name escapes me. I posted from there that night. We saw the volcano, and drove down to watch the lava flow into the ocean. Other than that, we only saw the airport, although I did wave as we flew past the observatories on the peak.
