Steven Hawkings Being abused?

Anybody know what is going on with the story of Hawkings being abused while in his chair? Being treated for buises, broken wrist, and now latest story of being left out in sweltering sun and treated for heatstoke? WHO WOULD DO SUCH A NASTY THING LIKE THIS?
