Re: A nice movie to catch on cable-The City Of Your Final Destination
I picked up a nice high-end Samsung hi-def set back in January as one of my rare gifts to myself. Best thing ever!
I can watch Blu-Ray movies that are even better in resolution than in many theaters. I don't sweat missing good films in the theater any more.
My cable delivers a lot of hi-def stuff, too.
When my son's home, he hooks up his X-Box, which also delivers 1080p. I have as much fun watching him play as I do watching movies. Except his high-speed first person action makes me a little green sometimes.
I knew when I bought the TV that it couldn't do 3D, and knew that if I waited I could get one that would, but who needs 3D?
