Talk radio became captive to the opinions of the station owners because they were no linger required to give equal time to the opposite point of view. Reagan got rid of that law. Now the bias of any media is unregulated. Imagine if the radio stations had to give equal time to the left with Limbaugh and Hannity, how long all their lies would last.
As to the printed media bias I don't think there is much of it. The reason they give Bush a hard time is he's a complete idiot and has messed up virtually everything he touches. There's not really any other way to report it. I suppose you could give equal time to trying to spin that.
Fox news is just a joke as far as being fair and balanced is concerned. It's kind of funny watching it for that reason, or with O'Reilly pretending he's independant. If you support bringing back laws to give equal time to the opposing view I think it's a good idea, it's stops a lot of lying on both sides. It's hardly a brake on the free market to expose lying unless you're a Republican of course.

what's your point?
