I think they are all qualified. The question for the Dems is who has best chance of beating Bush*. I think if Senator Clinton entered the race today, she would beat all of them. But I don't think Mrs Clinton will enter the race because she would probably lose [which means that any of the others have a even worse chance of beating Bush].
Of course not only is Pres Bush qualified, but the encumbent and he has been successful fighting terrorism and the economy is good which will probably improve even further in 6 months.

* Other than beating Bush the next important aspect is which candiate will result in making a stronger Party- or at least, prevent a complete landslide.
