U.N. sticking its oar in? Like the article says, I'd like to see some more questions on this.
I'm sorry, but it seems to me that if the opportunity arose for Kofi Annan to do George W. Bush a disservice, I think he would have great difficulty resisting the temptation. There is absolutely no incentive for the U.N. to help Iraq succeed, and a lot of power and prestige to be gained if Iraq falls.
And if you don't think the U.N. is all about political power, I've got a bridge to sell you.
