I wonder.....
I wonder if someone has convinced Bush that no matter what we do, we're going to hit the wall around 2020 because of Social Security / Medicare. The attitude might be that we can be fiscally responsible and hit the wall 2021 or throw money around like confetti and hit the wall in 2019. The difference between being a fiscal conservative versus a spendthrift only buys us 3 years so what the hell, lets have a party!
Please prove to me this isn't true.
