I was thinking exactly the same thing when I saw Gore there. If I was running JPL and saw Gore annoying the mission ops engineers, I would have loudly said: "Who let that bastard in ?" and ordered the security guards to throw him out. That would have made the cover of Newsweek. Gore flying out the front door of JPL with a NASA security guard's toe connected to his hind end.
