Wouldn't it be a hoot if an outfit like this built and deployed low-cost heavy-lift boosters while NASA was still trying to figure out what to do with itself?
Space X has said, to the best of my knowledge, nothing about manned systems. But you can bet your last dollar that somebody in that outfit is thinking real hard about them. I sure as hell would be.
