What's the significance of Mars Express Gusev image?
I'm sure most people here have seen the image of the Spirit landing site taken by the Mars Express orbiter. It talks about the site being awash in a sea of green. What if anything is the green color supposed to imply? Does anyone know. Obviously I'm wondering about whether or not it implies water.
