re: Mangled 1st Paragraph
Knew I should have saved the post as a word file before posting. Was bound to screw up at least one of thos elinks and it bit bad chomping out a large portion of the paragraph.
It was supposed to read something like:
Almost 70 % of the estimated 1000 NEA's > 1 km have been discovered. This is an absolute increase of 50% over the 219 discovered at the start of 1998. That is the year when NASA finally committed to doing an NEO search. NASA should at least come close to its 90 % target over 10 years despite the gradual decrease in discovery rate expected.
