Bush got an honorable discharge, which seems odd for an AWOL situation, or for a "deserter." In other words, for all the bitching the Left is doing about his service, the military seemed satisfied with it.
If you want to put joining the National Guard in the same category with Clinton's running to England to protest the war, please take this up with a Guardsman. I'd pay to see that.
