Little spheres
This picture shows the little spheres in better detail. Many of these appear to be perfectly formed spheres. My guess is these spheres were originally liquid material ejected from the martian surface that later solidified prior to reaching the ground. I also suspect these spheres are responsible for the hematite infrared signature. They need to find a dense pile of these spheres and then drop the Mössbauer spectrometer on top of them.
