Can't you see how the Republicans did the exact same thing you are whining about now? How can you ignore the 8 years and $60m of taxpayers' money to investigate every waking hour of Bill Clinton's entire life history? Every bad word ANYONE said about him was considered irrefutable truth by the right regardless of contradictions, lack of cross examination, and the statements never being under oath. It was the biggest smear campaign inhistory. After endless investigations he was NEVER prosecuted for anything other than denying a blowjob. Countless investigations and he always came up clean. None of it stuck, to use your expression. But in your mind and the rest of the right wingers Clinton is guilty beyond a doubt of all the criminal activities he was never prosecuted for.

Bush has been treated with kid gloves by the Democrats compared to what Republicans did.
