There are 4 spacecrafts on their way outside of the Solar System.

There are probes on Venus, Mars, Jupiter, shortly on Titan, but they won't last very long (wheathering).
There's a probe on Eros!!
And many devices and probes on the Moon, even footprints and gloveprints!
They will last a very long time.
But then, perhaps nobody will ever notice, once mankind is gone.

We're just passing on this world, we happen te be living simultaneously on Earth, but some of us have been around for some time already and others will last longer than us.
Maybe being concerned about our future (after we're gone) has more to do with our culture than about reality.
