Space/Science » in reply to So one of youze guys beat me to this topic, eh?...Well how about lead-sulphide minerals (Galena) on Mars?

Why couldn't Mars?

because the model of surface deposition of Lead Sulphide requires it to vaporise in an extremely hot and dense furnace of an atmosphere.

If you are instead speculationg about ore deposits within the crust of Mars, then you need to learn about plate tectonics and its role in concentrating ore minerals on Earth...

It's not impossible, but it is difficult, IMO.
