Man, the way bureaucracies work, they need someone to blame. And for a Clinton holdover to continue as head of the CIA after all the problems, when it would be so nice for GWB to be able to blame them, there's gotta be something.

Much is made of GWBs loyalty. To Clinton holdovers? And ask Secretary O'Neill about the Bush Administrations loyalty.

Nope. Tenet has something, I'm sure, and has let it be known that if he's gone, in any way, it will come out. Maybe they can appeal to his better nature someday, and persuade him to leave, but for a Clinton holdover he's done well, as they say. Must have read Hoover's autobiography, the private one.
