Not sure what OS your running, but from the tagline below it looks like Windows NT 4.0.

Try this:

open Windows explorer

for win98
tools: Folder Options: File Types

for win nt 4.0:
view: Folder Options: File Types

hit edit, then scroll down and see if TPS is a registered file type. IF it is you can change what program opens it by hitting edit.
