I can't help thinking that anything to do with ethanol has Archer Daniels Midland, the Poster Boy for corporate welfare, mixed up in it somehow. Makes me suspicious of almost any project that pushes ethanol.
BTW, if you are a recovering alcoholic that has been sober for 26 years, congratulations. I have known a couple of people who fought that battle, and winning it, or not losing it, is something to be proud of.
