I for one simply don't know what to say, except to echo Tony in that some of the questions are good ones, and yeah, the silence and secrecy are getting, at a minumum, tiresome. But I also don't want the government to tip its hand to those who mean us ill, and I simply don't know where the line of legitimate and necessary secrecy lies.
I think some of the theories about the Admin being either actively or passively involved in 9/11 go way too far...but then, I also thought we'd find scads of WMD in Iraq, so how finely tuned in my BS meter?
Bottom line is: I don't know...I don't know how much the govt can divulge without compromising things we might really not want compromised...I don't know what role the President's posture (eg, seated or standing) at certain moments plays in the overall scheme of things. So it's difficult for me to express a strongly held opinion. Yeah, it'd be great to get some answers, but to which questions, precisely, I don't know.
