Its a very conservative attitude. They are the hard-working, ambitious, far-seeing, creative, innovative, people. Everyone else needs to be led, because, poor things, they just don't know what's good for them and they're too lazy and weak and stupid to seize it for themselves. And now its out, in front of god and everybody.

These blow-dried wimps actually believe this crap. Its how they justify their superiority to themselves. What I am surprised at is the shock and amazement that most people felt when it was revealed.
