Having said that, current NASA allocations for competitive prizes have merely 1 of every 999 or so dollars channeled for funding space prizes. $20 million out of $16 billion tax dollars is not a lot, comparatively speaking. Can we increase the amount next year, if not this one? How do we get the pork-luvin' Congress to go along?
