Do you see the problem?
Our planet is composed of countries that practise democracy and others that don't.
The UN is about avoiding wars or trying to reduce them. Wars that spread outside their borders (or where all signs show it's going to happen)i. It's not about forcing countries to become democracies. That's the country's internal matter.
