"Link" does not equate to "Lead to"

A giraffe an elephant and a monkey are all animals. They are linked by this trait. This does not mean the monkey becomes an elephant or a giraffe becomes a monkey.

Homosexaulity, masturbation, bestialism all are sexual acts that fail to produce offspring. This is their link. This does not mean the homosexual moves on to sheep or that the onanist becomes a homosexual.

Do you see the difference? Shall I ask Tom to lend me his hand puppets when he is through with them?

I am not homophobic. I have been pointing out here for the past week that as reproductive act it's a failure and can't be supported by a healthy society that wants to propagate and perpeptuate. Marriage is about family. Families require kids. Does it start getting clearer? My discrimination is reserved for mayors and activists who feel the next major goal in society is to put a rubber stamp of societal approval on same sex coupling. The MA defense that not doing so encourages prejudice and violence just doesn't cut it. We have laws for folks who commit those crimes (including special hate laws) and you can't legislate away stupidity and prejudice by trying to make homosexual unions equal to heterosexual marriages. They're not and can't be.

All this hubbub about benefits is ridiculous too. The man works and the woman has children. Benefits were intended to support the mother with the children. In homosexual unions there are no natural children and so the concept of benefits is absurd. Both are able bodied and not caring for kids. Sure we can say that all homosexual couples intend to adopt or if they are lesbians to be artificially inseminated with some man's sperm - but then you have to create laws which only give benefits to one's that DO adopt and help perpetuate society otherwise you have a situation in which benefits are doled out to unworthy recipients. Such laws will not help society.

The actions in SF and Boston simply bring attention to activist and lawbreaking nature of the leftist activists and politicians. It is not advancing gay rights at all - but instead angers the independents and the conservatives who don't approve of these in-your-face tactics which show that there indeed is something wrong with gays if they all trip over each other in a race to break the law.

Keep plugging away though, Bowser - you're trying. And isn't that all that matters?
