I never trusted the shifty eyed weasel. I though reinstalling him was the best of poor choices, but in hindsight it doesn't look like it did much good. Don't know if anuything will fix Haiti though. The combination of caribbean corruption and French culture defeatism may just make them hopeless. ;-)
