Maybe the Iraqis haven't told you about the three large factions in Iraq, the three factions who have to somehow get along in order for the country to function, the three factions who will turn this into a bloody civil war the way the liberals said it would before the naked aggression.

So, let me be the first. Iraq is about to dissolve into a civil war if massive controls aren't exerted. The fact that they attack each other doesn't mean they love the US.

Vietnam was a civil war, and, frankly, most of the South Vietnamese didn't like the Americans, either. You couldn't turn your back on them.

They wanted the foreign devils out of there, be they Chinese, French or American foreign devils.

Iraqis are attacking each other for religious reasons, and the US isn't stopping that, Iraqis are attacking other Iraqis who collaborate with the Americans, and Iraqis are attacking Americans. Despite what you say, they ARE killing Americans.

And just because one faction hates another faction doesn't mean they love the US.

Just because you may not like liberal Americans does not mean you would like Iraqi invaders.

Look and see, stop and think, the US has not been kind to Iraq, and they know it and are responding the way you would if they were over here.

And I give up. An ounce of reality mixed with a pound of wishful thinking, add 2 pounds of propaganda and 6 cups of dogma and you get an Iraqi population who just loves freedom and the John Wayne's who have brought it to them so lovingly. After all, a couple of the people on this board said, so help me, that they get used to being killed and if a few "goodies" are thrown their way they are happy.
