Need a sniffer, or straw to tell. Would need the composition, ratios, and age to determine the exact material.

Could possibly test for aromatics, but best would be a "return" sample, if Raoul would send it. A case of it would be best.

For some things I guess they're right - there's nothing like a human to determine exactly what's going on.
