I wonder how many of these weapons systems the U.N. knew about before Libya decided to fold its cards.

BTW, in case anyone is wondering, this is what a disarmament looks like when someone is cooperating. Fast, comprehensive, and weapons being hauled out. See also: South Africa. Let's hope it continues.
