If radio waves can move objects in a vacuum,
then wouldn't they also have an opposite effect on the object emitting them? I am of course talking about this article on using radio waves to build structures in space. I've always thought that if you apply force in one direction, equal force is applied in the opposite direction as well. Where am I going wrong here? This seems like it could be used for space propulsion.
