The point is, one must be willing to and expect to go to jail -- real jail, Federal jail, with no parole -- for many years.
Not like Martha Stewart, who gambled and expected to win. One must be prepared to lose. One must weigh that possibility against one's family's needs, one's ability to cope, and so forth. Prison is not kind to anyone, no matter why they are there.
If no one is willing to do that, we will not hear about any action. No witnesses, see. That's what a gag order is all about.
