The newly elected governor of the state of Florida, Rick Scott, was CEO of one of these big medical outfits that got busted by the Fed to the tune of billions of dollars in billing fraud That's right, billions with a "b".

Somehow, the company was found guilty, but Scott got off Scott-free. He then ran on a campaign to run Florida "like a business, for a change". That's exactly what I'm afraid he is going to do. The funny thing is Florida State government has always been fominated by the Republicans. Any problems we have we inherited from his GOP predecessors.
These people feel ideologically opposed to government, so they feel it gives them the moral right to cheat government.
It's the same mentality internet hackers exhibit when they do their sabotage.
