A lawyer could say this without even getting any specifics from the ex-prisoner. And even if these prisoners say they were mistreated, it doesn't mean any laws were broken. If laws were broken, no doubt they will have their day in court, and if no laws were violated, who cares, if some ex-combatants were unhappy that they were prisoners which were held for a couple of years? It's not even worth a boring news article.
