Evil Bush slashes scientific research funding; scientists revolt in protest
Whoops, my bad. Turns out it's France that slashed scientific research funding and French researchers are revolting. :)
Shucks, seems like folks from other nations are always quick to castigate Bush for not funding every type of favored research enough (e.g. Hubble) while meanwhile in their own back yards...
