How close are they to the promised "democracy".
Women's rights, schools, hospitals, a united, democratic country?
Isn't that what GWB promised them? He wouldn't just overthrow the Taliban and leave 'em to the warlords.
How are they doing on that? Besides Kabul.
Is GWBs word good for anything? If it is, Afghanistan should be well on the way - a nation full of schools, hospitals, unisex voting booths, a country united.
And if his word isn't any good, then the warlords will control the countryside, women won't be voting away from Kabul - Kandahar, there won't be a plethora of new schools and hospitals throughout the entire nation.
Doesn't it seem that way?
