Unemployment rates
It's kind of interesting that the highest unemployment rate during the entire Bush administration was 6.3 percent in June of 2003.
During Clinton's first term, the rate didn't get below that point until May of 1994, and did not get as low as the current 5.6 percent rate until November of that year.
Average unemployment rate for Clinton's first term: 6 percent. Second term: 4.41 percent.
Average unemployment rate (so far) for Bush's first term: 5.53 percent.
