I'd like to sell 'em this bridge. Reinforced concrete, 24' wide,68' span. The guard rails do come with this one, although the piers are extra. No lighting, but could be installed easily by a purchasor.
Left over from a logging road which was never used, it's been sitting there since completion in 1968. Has never seen traffic, service life is still at the max.
Real, live bridge, completely accurate description, and I'll give that person a legal, properly drawn up, notarized quitclaim deed along with a map as soon as the check clears into escrow.
