No. They were omitted.
But I doubt they would cause a shore to look like a shore because of wave action. They would not happen frequently enough. And if an impact caused waves, it would often cause effects severe enough to obliterate the effect of waves.
Note that so far, I'm only considering lake-sized bodies of water. I'll wait for further discoveries before I entertain ideas about seas.
