All that may be required is Mass Injection Pre-Compressor Cooling (MIPPC) supersonic aircraft engine technology. For example the SR71 engine was tested for MIPCC decades ago. DARPA is also now developing an aircraft which will specifically employ MIPCC to achieve high altitude flight, called RASCAL
