Spain sent a few thousand troops. Suggesting they would be better deployed at home states that Spain lives under marshal law. It does not. There are policing systems that are supposed to handle trouble at home. You know this, so stop pretending otherwise.
The fact stands that Spain's policing systems, which includes a civilian watch system, dropped the security ball at home.
And changing the subject of this thread's topic does not aid your argument.
