Rohrabacher the other day, then I think Bush Jr's plan can carry, even if there is a change in administration... (oh well, not a bad piece of work to be remembered for)

Also, if the cosmonauts will begin to publicly mention the Russian Moon based proposal, then two of the pieces will have fallen into place...

The final bit is hardening the hazard numbers, and it is well known that these are way worse than Morrison puts forth, but then the crater counts on the Mars Express imagery are proceeding along quite nicely, well outside of Morrison and Chapman's influence...
