I found Dennis' rebuttal a bit angry and sadly full of flaws.
A strawman argument makes the opossed argument absurd before attacking it.
There was no stawman argument by Bell. He just gives the least flattering side of the actual Moon argument. Wingo admits this before attacking Bell.
But, Dennis has strong emotions about the Moon as many folks here have.
If I'm not mistaken including you Raoul.
BTW the Spacedaily Op Ed and SpaceRef article are the same (I suggested Dennis' rebuttal should be at the same site as the article being dissected).
