re: re rego
I have a simple way of handling such registrations. If the site asks for my email address, I use something like nospam@spamsucks.com. None of the answers I provide is accurate. I sometimes play games, like giving a set of answers that are obviously mutually exclusive, such as describing myself as a Fortune 500 CEO with a PhD and an income under $20K a year. If the site requires a real email address so it can send me authorization, I refuse to register with it. Guard your personal information jealously. Between mass market spammers and identity thieves, be very careful what information you give away online.
