Do you suppose the CIA's "fabrication notice" was provided to Kerry?

Did you see the part where the CIA declared intellegence from a source as a fabrication, yet the administration continued to assert that intellegence as truth? I'd really like to know the details of what happened to that notice. Who got it, when they got it, what they did with it. Wouldn't you like to know?
