No appeasement?
Spain suffers a horrible terrorist attack. Their response is to bring troops home and hope the bad guys leave them alone. To say this is not appeasement is preposterous. The results are already clear. The Islamists now see them as a soft easy target. Sure, the police in Spain will look for them but they are safe to plan their next attacks outside of Spain. No Spanish troops will hunt them down.
