The Manila Folder... a John F. Kerry retrospective
Gifted writer PJ O'Rourke reminisces about his 1st experience with decisive US Senator John F Kerry. Those of us familiar with John know it's a falsehood to say he's changed to suit the times. Hell, he's ALWAYS equivocated and taken both sides of the issue. He's consistent that way. As the more eloquent PJ O'Rourke says, he's "still a jerk".
