A balloon launched rocket will have a tough time winning the X-Prize

The idea of lifting a rocket to high altitude before igniting it is sound, but difficult. The X-Prize calls for two flights within 14 days. It's hard enough to launch a single large balloon/rocket. Doing it twice in 2 weeks will be very tough. That said, I wish them well. Competition is a good thing.
