Not a major point
I caught about 20 minutes of her testimony on the radio, this morning. She sounded whiney. Sounded like she was on the verge of crying the entire time. Admitting in advance: probably that's just the way she sounds and has nothing to do with her emotional state.
The only point about this I'd make is that Tom should find another future presidential candidate. This trait would make it very hard to get elected.
