The US routinely slaughtered civilians in Vietnam, and the bombing in Kosovo was directed against civilians.

And we are deliberately killing 'em in Iraq.

"Collateral damage" cannot cover the wanton acts taking place in Falluja.

But, boy, I wish you were right. I truly do.
